Kwotly™ is a brand and product of World Social Trend LLC, a Texas limited liability company headquartered in Austin, TX ("World Social Trend," "Kwotly," "we," "us," or "our"). World Social Trend LLC is the data controller responsible for personal information processed through the Service. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use kwotly.app and the Kwotly application (together, the "Service"), how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Service, you agree to the practices described below.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly, information collected automatically, and information from third parties:
- Account data: name, business name, email address, phone number, and password when you sign up.
- Job and quote data: photos, descriptions, measurements, line items, customer details, and pricing you upload or generate to produce quotes.
- Billing data: plan tier, billing address, and the last four digits of your payment card. Card numbers are processed and stored by our payment processor (Stripe), not by us.
- Usage data: device type, browser, IP address, pages visited, and actions taken in the Service.
- Communications: messages you send to support and your responses to surveys.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to provide and improve the Service, including: generating AI-assisted quotes from photos and descriptions you submit, delivering quotes to your customers, processing payments, providing customer support, sending product and billing notifications, preventing fraud and abuse, and complying with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
3. AI Processing
Photos and job descriptions you submit are processed by AI models to estimate scope, materials, and pricing. We do not use your customer or job content to train third-party foundation models. Aggregated, de-identified data may be used to improve internal pricing benchmarks.
4. Sharing Your Information
We share information only with service providers who help us run the Service (hosting, payment processing, AI inference, email delivery, analytics, and customer support), with your authorized team members on Team plans, and when required by law or to protect our rights. Service providers are bound by contractual confidentiality and security obligations.
5. Data Retention
We retain account and quote data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to comply with tax, accounting, and legal obligations. You can request deletion of your account at any time by emailing privacy@kwotly.app. Backups are purged on a rolling 90-day cycle.
6. Security
We use TLS encryption in transit, encrypted storage at rest, role-based access controls, and routine vulnerability scanning. No system is perfectly secure; please use a strong, unique password and notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
7. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to opt out of certain processing. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA. To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@kwotly.app. We will respond within 30 days.
8. Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and analytics cookies to understand how the Service is used. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser settings without losing access to core features.
9. Children
Kwotly is intended for business use by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 16.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email or in-app at least 14 days before they take effect. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
