Refund Policy

Kwotly™ is a brand and product of World Social Trend LLC, a Texas limited liability company headquartered in Austin, TX. All billing and refund obligations under this policy run between you and World Social Trend LLC. This Refund Policy explains how trials, cancellations, and refunds work for paid subscriptions, and supplements our Terms of Service, including the dispute-resolution and arbitration provisions in Section 13 of those Terms.

1. Free Trial

Pro and Team plans include a free first month. No charge is taken until the trial ends. You can cancel any time before the trial ends from your account settings and you will not be billed.

2. Paid Subscriptions Are Non-Refundable

Subscriptions renew automatically each month at the then-current price until cancelled. All paid fees, including monthly renewals, are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds, credits, or pro-ration for unused time, partial months, downgrades, dissatisfaction with AI output, downtime, bugs, feature changes, or any other reason not expressly listed below. When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period and is not renewed afterwards.

3. Free Month, Not a Satisfaction Guarantee

The free first month on Pro and Team is your opportunity to evaluate Kwotly at no cost. Cancel before the trial ends and you pay nothing. Once the first paid charge is taken, Section 2 applies. We do not offer a money-back guarantee on paid months.

4. Accidental or Duplicate Charges

If you were charged after cancelling, charged for a duplicate account, or charged due to a verifiable technical error on our side, contact us within 60 days at billing@kwotly.app and we will refund the affected charge. This is the only category of refund we guarantee.

5. Discretionary Refunds

Outside Section 4, any refund is granted entirely at our discretion on a case-by-case basis and does not create an obligation to grant similar refunds in the future. We do not refund accounts terminated for breach of our Terms of Service.

6. Pricing Changes

We may change subscription prices, plan structures, included features, and usage limits at any time. Changes affecting existing subscribers will be communicated by email or in-app at least 30 days before they take effect on your account. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new pricing. If you do not agree with a price change, your remedy is to cancel before the next renewal.

7. How to Request a Refund

Email billing@kwotly.app from the email address on your Kwotly account, with the date of the charge and a short reason. We typically respond within one business day. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Changes apply to charges made after the effective date.
